What is TeamSpot?
TeamSpot is a free RSVP and scheduling app for recurring groups — sports teams, pickup games, poker nights, book clubs, run clubs, anything that meets on a repeating cadence. Set the schedule once, share one link, and everyone taps In, Maybe, or Out, so the whole group sees who's coming before they show up.
Is TeamSpot free?
Yes. Creating a group, setting a recurring schedule, sharing the link, and collecting RSVPs every week is free.
Does everyone need to download an app?
No. TeamSpot is a web link — anyone can open it and reply In, Maybe, or Out right in their browser, with no app to install and no account needed just to reply.
What kinds of groups is it for?
Any group that meets more than once: volleyball and soccer teams, pickup basketball, tennis and pickleball, run clubs, poker and board-game nights, book clubs, church small groups, parents' groups, and volunteer crews.
How is it different from a group chat?
A group chat is great for talking but buries the actual headcount under scrollback. TeamSpot keeps a live count of who's In, Maybe, or Out that everyone can see at a glance, plus recurring scheduling and reminders — without replacing your chat.
Can I set up a recurring schedule?
Yes. Set the day and time once and TeamSpot generates each upcoming game automatically and reminds everyone before it, so you're not re-sending an invite every week.
